SIA ALAAS decides in favour of ATAPS and requests a plethora of changes that must be introduced in the system in order to provide the necessary functionalities specific to the company’s operation. While introducing ATAPS in Rēzekne Municipality is challenging, the system gains several new features as a result, such as the option to import bank payments in FidaVista format to reflect up-to-date customer balances in the ATAPS system, the chance for rubbish truck drivers to register the amount of waste and take photos at collection sites with a tablet, and other significant improvements.
