Integration with the route planning and task execution system Mappost is now available in the ATAPS system. The new module allows combining ATAPS customer and billing accounting with Mappost's route optimization capabilities, ensuring a fully automated data exchange.
Main integration features and benefits
- Automatic data synchronization: Changes made in ATAPS to customer, container, and collection schedule data are automatically transferred to Mappost, eliminating the need to manually enter data into both systems.
- Smart planning for new customers: When registering a new contract in ATAPS, the system receives a recommended collection schedule from Mappost. After its approval, the data is immediately transferred for further work organization.
- Efficient route optimization and task execution: The Mappost system optimizes daily routes, while drivers conveniently follow the plan and register execution in the Mappost mobile application.
- Detailed execution data in the ATAPS system: After completing a route, ATAPS automatically receives and stores all execution data long-term – time, GPS coordinates, status, collected weight, driver's comments, photographs, and reasons for non-execution.
- Accurate and automated billing: The actual task execution data received from Mappost is used in the ATAPS system to account for the services actually provided and for automated invoice preparation.
