The First Version of ATAPS Launched in Garkalne Municipality (Latvia)

Through intensive work, SIA IDYNAMIC, under the supervision of Software Development Director Normunds Puzo and in collaboration with the employees of SIA Garkalnes Komunālserviss, develop the first version of the ATAPS software, which is launched in Garkalne Municipality in late 2009.
